We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure our metal components meet the highest standards of precision and quality before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process parts, and finished components
Use CMM, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools
Document inspection results and maintain quality records
Identify non-conformances and work with production team on corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
1-3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
Experience with CMM operation preferred
Strong analytical and documentation skills
