CNC Machine Operator

Surabaya full time

We are looking for an experienced CNC machine operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision metal components for automotive and construction applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and routine maintenance
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
  • Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols
  • Familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens controls
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work in shift rotations
